Welcome
Hello and welcome to my website,
My name is Eloise and I am an acupuncturist and women’s health and fertility specialist.
I qualified as an acupuncturist at the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) in West Sussex in 2017.
Since then I worked at Triyoga in Camden for several years until the pandemic when I decided to focus my work in Brighton and Sussex.
I now run a busy private practice in Hove alongside working one day a week in a low cost community clinic in Brighton.
I offer a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment by bringing together my training in acupuncture, naturopathic nutrition, microbiome testing, counselling, and yoga.
My areas of expertise are fertility, hormonal and menstrual issues, stress, anxiety, migraines, burnout, digestive problems and fatigue.
I welcome women, men, non-binary folks, and couples who are looking for support for their health and wellbeing.
My approach has always been grounded in warmth and compassion, and I offer a truly non judgemental space for my patients to slow down, share what’s really going on for them and be supported through transitional periods of their life. Acupuncture is such a brilliant way to regulate nervous system and rebalance the body, mind and spirit. I recognise that with wise guidance and support we are able to traverse difficult thresholds with greater ease, and this work is incredibly rewarding in enabling me to help my patients through whatever challenges they may face.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in acupuncture, an advanced diploma in nutritional therapy and a certificate in counselling and psychotherapy. I am currently finishing a three year PGDip in psychosexual and relationship therapy.
I have attended post-grad trainings in fertility, gynaecology and obstetrics and is a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC), the Acupuncture Childbirth Team in Brighton (ACT) and a student member of COSRT, the professional body for psychosexual and relationship therapists
I have long been interested in the concept ‘what makes us healthy and happy’ and my extensive training in Chinese medicine and philosophy, acupuncture, naturopathic techniques, psychotherapy, yoga and nutrition is a reflection of my own lifelong journey of healing, growth and acceptance.
I grew up in California with a foodie father and a mother who nurtured my creative expression and interest in health.
As well as running a successful acupuncture practice Brighton, at the weekends and over Summer I run sacred fire-keeping teams at events such as Medicine Festival and Solstice on the Mount at Wasing estate. As a collective we also run retreats working centred around the fire as tool for the ritual process through which we transform.
What her patients say:
Going to see Eloise is always the highlight out my week , I look forward to it so much because our session always grounds me and gives me some much needed peace in my life ! I always leave feeling lighter , calmer and with a better perspective on things ! I couldn’t recommend her enough ! I’ve been going for months now and know this will always be part of my routine and can’t live with out ! 🙂

“I first went to Eloise for acupuncture treatment when I was at my wits end with a whole host of issues associated with fibromyalgia and the menopause. Every treatment is transformational and like magic! A prime example is that I was experiencing severe hot flushes at least 20 times per day for several weeks. After one acupuncture treatment, this stopped…completely! In addition, Eloise’s advice regarding nutrition and supplements has also proved invaluable. Years of taking a dozen tablets daily has stopped since having acupuncture. Genius!”
