Here I offer direct links to resources that have proved invaluable to me over the years. Whether it’s a helping hand during times of challenge or to support your personal and/or professional growth, I hope you find what you are looking for.

Except for the mens groups, I only recommend groups and trainings that I’ve personally attended. The below represent those which I consider offer an opportunity for truly incredible, supportive, healing, inspirational and transformative life experiences.

If you have further questions or have something to offer to this resource page then drop me a line, and we will continue to weave a magnificent web of support for each other. Mitakuye Oyasin ≅ for all my relations

Community, connection, health, wellbeing

In an age where communities and families are often disparate, there is a call to create community to support each other in our own way, however we can. Since Covid struck, this call is even more urgent. Many of the groups are offering online support and connection until the time when we can gather again. I highly recommend connecting in with women’s or men’s circles in your area to deepen this support.
